Common Questions
Do you test materials for consumers / private individuals?
In most cases, no. Triclinic primarily provides analytical testing for pharmaceutical companies and other chemical-development organizations. Consumer unknowns may be possible in limited cases, but the public contact guidance notes several caveats: the work can be cost-prohibitive, controlled or illegal substances may require police, court, pharmacy, physician, or DEA involvement, and Triclinic may be required to notify authorities if an unknown material is found to be an illegal or controlled substance.
For found pills, the site recommends checking pill-identifier databases first. Triclinic does not test drugs in urine or blood, mold, diseases, water contamination, or foodborne bacteria.
